The Frenzied Dragon Is Mine

Synopsis

Leia and Liana are twin sisters living on Wild Spirit Continent, where humans must sign soul contracts with beastmen before eighteen or they will burst to death. Liana is praised as the most beautiful girl in the land, while Leia is shunned by everyone due to an ugly black patch covering her left cheek. Kind Lion King Kael once got Blood Frenzy Syndrome and was saved by Leia’s blood. Yet he mistakes soft, gorgeous Liana for his savior.
