Synopsis
At eighteen, Cuban immigrant Sofia Reyes survives by working odd jobs in Miami—until her gambling boyfriend Diego sells her to a seedy club to pay his debts. She escapes a brutal assault only because Mateo Reyes, a feared forty-two-year-old Cuban crime boss known as El Rey, happens to intervene. Mateo brings Sofia into his Biscayne Bay mansion for protection, placing her under the same roof as his possessive daughter Camila. Gratitude quickly turns into dangerous attraction.
