Synopsis

Ella talks to animals. Framed by stepfamily, she becomes a maid. When Duke's dog Winston is set to die, Ella saves him and becomes caretaker. Her jealous stepsister's plots all backfire. She saves the king's cat, calms rampaging beasts, exposes murderous stepfamily. Granted a noble title, Ella gets her ending as the duke kneels in a firefly garden.
